Wedding Attire
The wedding will be Beach Formal. I know..."What does that even mean?!?!"
Though we are having a beach ceremony, the reception will be formal. We will provide a place for everyone to put their shoes while on the sand. So no need to worry about your heels sinking! Below is a link to a bit more information.

- Wedding Rehearsal & Dinner (Invitation Only)
- 5:00pm at The Cambria Terrace
- Welcome Cocktail Party! (Anyone in town is welcome to stop by and begin the celebration!
- 7:00pm Cambria Rooftop Bar
3.19.2022
Beach Wedding Ceremony
- 5:30pm - Arrival
- Trolley Service will run from The Cambia Hotel to the ceremony at 4:45pm and 5:00pm
- Parking is available at The West Events. Please build in time to walk across the street to the beach where the ceremony will be held. Police escorts will be available at the crosswalk.
- 6:00pm - Ceremony Begins
- 6:15pm - Trolley will take guests from beach to The West events.
Wedding Reception @ The West Events
- 6:30pm - Cocktail Hour
- 7:30pm - Reception Begins
- 8:00pm - Dinner & Party!
- 11:00pm - 12:00am - Trolley service will make runs between The West Events and The Cambria Hotel
- 11:45pm - Ashley & Americo Exit

Beach Hang Sesh
- 11am - Come and go - we will rent some chairs by Saltwater Destinations. Come hang, have a snack and soak in some sun!
